How does csviz turn a CSV into a dashboard?

An AI agent pipeline profiles your file (column types, distributions, dates), plans which KPIs and charts answer the most useful questions, runs real SQL against your data, and writes plain-English insights. The whole run takes seconds.

Is my data safe? Is it used to train AI models?

No — your data is never used to train models. Files are processed to build your dashboard, and unsaved uploads are automatically deleted after 7 days. Saved reports stay private to your account unless you explicitly share them.

Do I need an account to try it?

No. Drop a CSV on the homepage and you'll get a full dashboard without signing up. An account is only needed to save, share, or chat with your reports.

What can the AI chat do?

It's a data analyst attached to your report. Ask questions ("what was the best month?") and it answers with real numbers by querying your data. Tell it to change the dashboard ("add a pie chart of revenue by region") and the change appears live.

What file types and sizes are supported?

CSV, Excel (XLSX), TSV, and JSON files — up to 2 MB on the free plan and 25 MB on Pro.

Can I share a dashboard with someone who doesn't have an account?
