These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CSVIZ (the “Service”), operated by us (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, uploading a file, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

CSVIZ lets you upload tabular data (CSV, Excel, TSV, or JSON files) and automatically generates an interactive dashboard — KPIs, charts, and written insights — from that data. You may chat with an AI assistant to modify the generated dashboard, save dashboards to your account, and optionally share them publicly via a link.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You retain all ownership rights to the files you upload and the dashboards you generate (“Your Content”). By uploading Your Content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it solely to provide the Service to you (and to anyone you choose to share a dashboard with). We do not claim ownership of Your Content.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the necessary rights to upload it. Do not upload data that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have permission to share — including sensitive personal data of others without a lawful basis.

Dashboards, summaries, and insights are generated using automated data analysis and large language models. While the numeric values shown are computed directly from your uploaded data via database queries (not invented by the AI), narrative text and suggestions may contain errors or omissions. Review generated content before relying on it for decisions.

The Service offers a free plan and a paid “Pro” plan with expanded limits and features. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (or as a one-time lifetime purchase) through our payment processor. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to upload malware, or to attempt to compromise our infrastructure.
• Attempt to circumvent plan limits, rate limits, or usage quotas.
• Use the Service to generate or distribute unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Reverse engineer or scrape the Service beyond normal, permitted use.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent.

If you enable sharing on a dashboard, anyone with the link can view it. If you feature a dashboard in the public gallery, it becomes discoverable by all visitors. You are responsible for ensuring shared content does not expose data you intend to keep private.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated insights. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
