Privacy Policy

Account data. Email address and, if you sign in with Google or GitHub, your name and profile picture from that provider.

Uploaded files and generated dashboards. The CSV/Excel/TSV/JSON files you upload, a statistical profile of that data, the dashboards generated from it, and any chat messages you send to modify a dashboard.

Billing data. If you subscribe to Pro, our payment processor collects and stores your payment details directly — we never see or store your full card number.

Usage analytics. Basic product analytics (pages visited, features used) via PostHog and Google Analytics, only after you accept cookies in the consent banner. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Your uploaded files and generated dashboards are sent to third-party AI providers (Google Gemini and, as a fallback, OpenAI) solely to generate your dashboard and power the chat assistant. We use these providers’ standard API access, which — under their published API terms — does not use API-submitted data to train their general-purpose models. Your data is processed to serve your request and is not repurposed for model training by us or by these providers.

Uploaded files and dashboards are stored in our database and file storage provider (Supabase), hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. Access is restricted to server-side systems acting on your behalf — there is no public database access. Data associated with anonymous (not signed in) uploads is automatically deleted after a limited retention period.

• To generate, display, and let you edit your dashboards.
• To operate your account, enforce plan limits, and process payments.
• To respond to support requests.
• To improve the Service, using aggregated, non-identifying usage patterns.

We do not sell your personal data or your uploaded content to third parties.

If you enable link-sharing or the public gallery for a dashboard, its content (including any data visualized in it) becomes visible to anyone with the link, or to all visitors for gallery items. We share data with the following categories of service providers strictly to operate the Service: cloud hosting and database (Supabase), AI inference (Google, OpenAI), payments (DodoPayments), and analytics (PostHog and Google Analytics, only with consent).

Saved dashboards and their source files are retained until you delete them or close your account. You can delete any dashboard at any time from your account. To request full account deletion, contact us — we will delete your account data, including stored files, within a reasonable period.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post changes here with a new “Last updated” date.
